A level ended already. I still remember i don't have the YES-A-LEVEL-END-ALRDY feeling. it doesnt feel real at all. and soon, im on a flight to China- Guilin.
DAy 1 24/11
The first day is just TRAVELLING. 11am flight to Hongkong. So around 3pm I reached HK. waited until 6pm for a flight to Guilin. 7pm reached Guilin and it is SO COLD. Saw our relative and then we went for dinner and a 3 hr plus drive to Liu Zhou. I must say the expressway from Guilin to Liu Zhou is v unbearable coz the road is so uneven. The driver said that the government governing this state last time cheats on the material, AKA "tou gong jian liao". Reached the hotel at 12am plus and slpt.Day 2 25/11
Woke up pretty early. 6.30am like that. Went for breakfast at a nearby restaurant. Nothing fantastic. We then went for a 2 hr plus ride to a Fruit garden. the road is damn bumpy! We're travelling on rocks, not road. The air is terrible as we're sort of "eating dust". and the funny thing is we are there to see pumpkin. but now is not the season for it. LOL. so we're looking at the greens only. Climbed up and down and its really tiring with no stairs and uneven gound. Then ate lunch at a "kampong" Omg its really not nice. LOL. rabbit meat, chicket, etc etc. i dun think that it is nice. and it is expensive too! 250 yuan. which is equivalent to 50 sing dollars, for 13 ppl. We thn arrived at a place, took boat ride for sightseeing.
Alright, very quiet, rocks rocks, mountains mountains. Left at around 3pm plus to a river and we planned to take a boat ride. but because of time constrain, we head back from the river to our hotel. We ate dinner at a nice restaurant, and its really cheap with the good food. =D 300 yuan for 13 ppl, which is 60 sing dollars. We even got a room for ourselves and there's TV inside. better than the kampong that afternoon. lolol
Day 3 26/11
Ate breakfast at a rotating restaurant. lol. dian xin was nice! hoho. the view is great too. Walked to a park and there we can see the elderly playing card games. They have such relaxing life there i must say. The air and scenery there is pretty nice!
After that took a cab to another park. lol. my cousin and I rode horse. That horse is really fat. XD there's this person-in-charge who took me around on another horse. She said that kick its stomach gently, lean forward and the horse will run. lolol. BUT IT WOULDNT. LOL. My cousin tried too and it doesnt run. hahahaa. lazy horse. lols. alright, after that is just walking, admiring scenery and walking and walking and walking. hahaa.
Day 4 27/11
Ate brunch and left the hotel at 12pm plus. took a train back to Guilin. Cool, it was my first time on a train! haha. Okay.. Guilin is colder than liu zhou. Especially when the wind blows. wah, bth. haha. Reached Guilin ard 4 plus and saw another batch of relatives. Took cab to another hotel and ate dinner at another super nice restaurant. LOL. We kept eating at good restaurants coz the food there is really cheap and at our advantage. At night Guilin becomes colder and we took a stroll back hotel. The lake there is really nice. its called "Liang Jiang Si Hu" Jiang1 is the bigger version of rivers (hu2). It has 2 big rivers and 4 rivers. But because it hasnt rained in Guilin for 3 months, the water is dried up and becomes "Yi Jiang Si Hu" lols.
Day 5 28/11
Woke up super early to go early breakfast and more more more sightseeing. We booked a van up there. Mountains and mountains, caves and caves...
the caves are pretty interesting to look at. Moreover we travel by foot, boat and even trains. Yes, all inside the cave. The natural things inside is really cool.
After the caves thingy we went for a bumpy ride down the mountains for lunch. After lunch we went for a boat ride!! The water is really shallow coz the water had dried up. There are lots of time we can hear the propeller hitting against the rock below. that's how shallow the water is. The scenery is nice of coz; v relaxing and the air is good compared to the city area.
At night, we went to see a waterfall, at where? At a hotel. lolol. REALLY. at the top of the hotel, for ard 10 to 15 mins, it has water flowing, splashing down, with music. Its quite special, nvr see before. Then ate dinner and shopped ard Guilin's night market.
Day 6 29/11
more caves and mountains, more climbing and sightseeing. couldnt rmb much.

Day 7 30/11
We met up with more relatives, ate lunch. Back to hotel, prepare to go to HK. left Guilin and our relatives at 8pm. Reached HK at 9pm and we were greeted by my uncle's friend. Put down our luggage at our hotel, Holiday Inn Express. The staying, the food, are as expensive as Singapore. But i dont know why their currency remains weak, a little weaker than China now. Anyway, the hotel is GREAT. we stayed at 28th story and the hotel is really clean and high class. lol.
Day 8 1/11
Walked around the TIMES SQUARE shopping mall and the place around there. The place i went, don't think that things are really cheap, and there's nothing to my liking. So just follow my relatives, try samples of plums. LOL. yeah. pretty boring. At night went to this place to see laser light dancing with music. Sentosa one is much better i thought. The laser thingy is too big and too messy, u don't know where to focus. It's behind you, on top of you, in front of you. @_@.
Day 9 2/12
Went macau for a one day trip.
Nothing much. Took a boat ride there and there's lots of ppl. To get our passports chopped takes us q-ing for abt half hour. its pretty frustrating. Got on a van and that person just drove us around macau. The main point about Macau is- CASINO. lol. it has 29 casinos in Macau pls.
I went into the casino for the very first time in my life. lol. played the jackpot. lost 40 sing dollars while my aunt won! hahas. Took a boat ride back HK. Shopped very little, then went back to rest. Nuu Ren Jie was not as i expected. just some old ppl clothings, but shoes were quite nice.Day 10 3/12
Did last min shopping, buy plums and more plums(not that i dun like it, but when we're with adults, this seemed to be the only stuff they buy). 2pm plane back. reach Sg around 6pm. Chiong home, bathed and got on a cab at 7.30pm, to fetch jaime, anna and dora. lol. so shagged pls. Prom was not bad. Don't know why yanling said the food is great coz i don't really think so. LOL. even the dessert is bleah. lols. took pictures and pictures. Went to Party World KTV. pretty cool! haha. too bad wanshan cant sing coz sore throat. i understand that feeling. i think its the first time i heard dillon and jerome singing. lol. jann never dian Luo Zhi Xiang's songs?? hahaa. Santono still sing like pro and anna's voice is v soothing, like eVonne Xu Hui Xin! haha. why dora pay to hear us sing? nxt time must sing! lolol.
That's basically it. Sry for the damn wordy post, coz i cant upload pics! my whole explorer shuts down the moment i open and browse for pics. it has been going on for days. ARGH. i cant send any files on msn, hotmail, etc. so horrible. it's a selfish com. it can onli accept, but not give.
This holiday I've finished watching Hello! Miss, Coffee Prince, Que Sera Sera. Now i understand why people say Hello! Miss was disapointing. At first it began quite nicely, it was funny, and it seemed like another 'My Girl' drama. As the story develop, i feel that it is getting frustrating to always see so much misunderstandings. Nevertheless, its still a good show.
Coffee Prince(CP) is a drama i've always wanted to watch due to the comments in forums and most importantly, YOON EUN-HYE. YEH was my fav actress after goong and she's still my fav after CP. But it is SO MUCH like hana kimi! just that the main lead is the only person who don't know that 'HE' is actually a girl as the story develop. It's a very very very sweet and cute drama. But i think the story of the 2 supporting role was SO BORING i had to skip a few parts (i rarely skip parts in drama). I was abit disappointed as i had high expectation for this drama..
I've seen positive and negative comments about Witch YooHee AKA Witch Amusement. But i feel that it is still the best 2007 kor drama produced. JaeHee acted in 'Delightful Girl Choon-Hyang' in 2005 and under the same director, he came back in 2007 in this drama. Many feel that it is a waste of talent for him to act in that show. but i find that show very entertaining! Perhaps everyone got different tastes, that's why. But it definitely has a high TV rating in Korea.
Que Sera Sera, a low TV rate drama is actually different! The main lead is Eric (Shinhwa) and Jung Yoo Mi. The drama started out pretty boring (not like normaly Kor drama which starts out with hilarious scenes), but somewhere in episode 3, the suspence is there alrdy. It really make me wanted to know what happened. And because its a different type of drama, i can't really guess what is going to happen. lols. It really scared the hell out of me when the couples that i thought would end up together din end up tgt. Like in typical drama, it would be runaway bride, or everything that would stop the marriage from going on. But in this drama it just carried on!! and the woman even got a baby. it was really really unexpected. And and, it came to Singapore to shoot some parts of the show. lol. make mi wonder why Little India? haha.Now, Im watching 9 End 2 Outs. Loving it so far. =D I still want to watch whole lots of drama, omg. TIME, I NEED YOU. lol
Going Malacca soon. followed by a chalet. My after A' Level plan, i think most of it will nt come true since everyone is busy working now. Oh yah. I've registered for basic theory test. I don't really want to drive, so if I fail this basic i don't think i'm going to take re-test.. I've also went to the Recruit Express. So im waiting for jobs bah. MS EXCEL? omg the last time i opened that prog was years ago and i rmb i was only typing in contacts as i thought it will be organised. in the end i was frustrated with the program and use MS Word to create my own table instead. lols. January will be the new beginning. Truthfully, i don't like working because of the new atmosphere. New faces, new life, new atmosphere... the same feeling when my JC life started.. On the lighter note, CHRISTMAS is coming! =]
